Conor Perkins:

Last night.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my God. What is that? You went to Chili's?

Conor Perkins:

I got the stirrers. I got one of each. I ordered Elphaba one. Erin ordered the Glinda one. They were both tasty. They were both huge. Six dollars. They're both six dollars. That's all month long. I did not. So the waiter came and he he put a straw in my Elphaba margarita. And that was a bad idea because all of the liquor was sinking to the bottom. And these things are huge, obviously. So I drank half of this thing. I couldn't finish it. I was drunk last night. I was drunk. It was me, Erin, and my dad at Chili's, and I was drunk. I came back. I was full-on drunk last night prepping this episode.

Caroline Aimetti:

So oh my God.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, no, God was in that Chili's.

Caroline Aimetti:

Hello, and welcome to Poor Unfortunate Podcast, where Disney is what we do... it's what we live for! We're the two besties you never knew you needed. I'm Caroline Aimetti.

It's one of the best things that you can do to help us grow. We get it helps us get seen in search results. It pushes to the algorithms of it all. Um, and then just like tap the share button and send this to a friend because this is gonna be a fun episode, I think, for you all. I hope so at least.

Caroline Aimetti:

This is gonna be a really, really good play-along episode. So definitely do that.

Conor Perkins:

Yes. So this is our final wild card episode of season four.

Caroline Aimetti:

We made it. I thought we would never make it.

Conor Perkins:

I didn't think we would either.

Caroline Aimetti:

We're here.

Conor Perkins:

And then our last episode of the season will be our hundredth episode, which I guess is technically a wild card episode as well. But this is the first of two wild card episodes that will close out season four. And this is the non-100th episode version, obviously. But we are coming at you with, for the first time, I think, like kind of in a while, a brand new game.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah. We felt like we owed that to you all. We thought of like kind of reusing a couple of games that you all really enjoyed. But I think to close out the season, we needed something we've never done before. So Conor had the really great idea of doing our own version of the price is right for Disney.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, but we're not doing the prices right because that's the price trademarked.

Caroline Aimetti:

So the price is correct.

Conor Perkins:

I've been I've been calling this game it won't cost much.

Caroline Aimetti:

I love it.

Conor Perkins:

From poor unfortunate souls. So it's it's our price matching game. Yeah. So uh we've each come up with 10 different items across Disney parks, Disney merchandise, and Disney films, TV, and Broadway that we will put up and describe, and then the other person has to guess how much it costs.

Caroline Aimetti:

So yeah.

Conor Perkins:

Uh, and we have some rules and everything. I feel like the best way to do this is for one of us to do all of ours.

Caroline Aimetti:

I think so too.

Conor Perkins:

And then the other one.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

I'll start.

Caroline Aimetti:

Great.

Conor Perkins:

I'll give to you first.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. I love it.

Conor Perkins:

Great. So this is it won't cost much a Disney price matching game. This is Conor's edition. So I have 10 things to give to dearest Caroline.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, goody. So because I'm crazy, I was like Also, when you sent me a voice memo describing this, I was like, how I'm gonna I'm gonna explain this.

Conor Perkins:

So in the rules of price matching, you want to try and get as close to the exact price without going over. So if you go over what the actual price is, you get zero points because we have to have points. Right. If you hit the exact price, like on the dot, you get five points. If you are under the price but within a dollar, you get four points. If you're under the price but within five dollars, you get three points. Under the price within ten dollars, you get two points. And then if you're under the price, but it's by more than ten dollars, you get one point. So basically, like when in doubt, guess a penny.

Caroline Aimetti:

Aim low. Yeah. Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

Right, right. Um, and I base these points off of like $100. So we can adjust accordingly. So like by that I mean when we're talking about like budgets for something where it would be in the millions.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yep.

Conor Perkins:

If you're under the price within a million, it's four points. If you're under the price within five million, it's three points. Like that sort of that we'll adjust that way.

Caroline Aimetti:

That's perfect.

Conor Perkins:

Because I feel like that's because to be like, well, what?

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, please.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, it would be it would be like a little insane.

Caroline Aimetti:

I am going to be nowhere near accurate enough to even try to do that. So please have mercy. We're gonna see how I am notoriously like when I would stay homesick from school and like play along, I'm very, very bad at this game.

Conor Perkins:

Oh, I think I am too. So I don't know why we're doing this.

Caroline Aimetti:

I was very bad at this, and like when we were in school and we had to count like the MMs in the jar. Oh, yeah.

Conor Perkins:

Terrible at that, too.

Caroline Aimetti:

Beyond, like beyond off, like never close. So this will be great.

Conor Perkins:

So you're gonna witness us be extremely terrible at this, and hopefully you'll be better. But the way that I've done this, I don't know how you've necessarily done it, but I chose a bunch of things that I feel like Caroline, you would want as like price.

Caroline Aimetti:

So because, oh, that's what we were gonna mention too is like this feels sort of fitting, is we're heading into the holiday shopping season. Obviously, some things aren't gonna be in budget for any of us, but who knows? Maybe there will be a few things in here that will be some ideas for some holiday shopping, or we can just pretend we're buying them and winning them.

Conor Perkins:

Absolutely. How about that? Absolutely.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

So we're gonna start with our merchandise category. And I have four in this category for you to guess. Yes. I'm so excited.

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm scared.

Conor Perkins:

So here is the first item.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my god.

Conor Perkins:

This is the orange bird. I have my my notes right here. Thank you. Yes. Orange bird plush hat for adults from the Disney store.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

Bring out your sunniest disposition with this adorable orange bird plush hat with super soft, detailed plush sculpting, embroidered features, and cute 3D beak and leaves. This chipper chapeau has a self-stick chin strap to make for a comfy fit created especially for Walt Disney World Resort, inspired by the Sunshine Tree Terrace at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. So, for those of you who can't see what this is, this is a detailed plush sculpted hat of the orange bird with embroidered features, a 3D plush beak, 3D fabric leaves at the top, and a self-stick fabric chin strap.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay, before I guess the price, I have three things to say. Number one, Halloween costume next year. Number two, this woman looks cray cray wearing this. And number three, imagine putting this on in the Florida heat. Are you kidding me? Why would you sell this to people? See, I have stroke.

Conor Perkins:

I have a I have a Donald Duck plush hat that's very similar to this. And I got it because there really weren't any Donald Duck hats.

Caroline Aimetti:

Wow, wow.

Conor Perkins:

And uh it's hot. It's hot.

Caroline Aimetti:

Wow. Okay. Gee. All right. Wow. I don't really have a good sense of this. Okay, but I want to aim low.

Conor Perkins:

I will, I will give you a reference that we are looking for a hundred dollars or less.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay, I figured, I figured. Okay. Okay. I am going to say, but is that too high? Ooh, I don't want to go over, so I should I should lowball it. I should lowball it. Okay. I am going to say that this is $37.99.

Conor Perkins:

I'm just gonna write this down.

Caroline Aimetti:

Uh-huh.

Conor Perkins:

All right, so we're locking in at $37.99. The actual retail price of this is $39.99. This is so stupid.

Caroline Aimetti:

This is so ridiculous. Oh my gosh, now I know how the people on the show must feel when they're actually gonna win real stuff.

Conor Perkins:

I know. Okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my god, that is satisfying. Wow, great.

Conor Perkins:

So wait, based on my point system, uh-huh. You weren't within a dollar, but you were within five. So that's three points, right?

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes.

Conor Perkins:

Three points for a minute.

Caroline Aimetti:

My brain was like 45, but I'm like, no, no, no, that might be a little bit too high.

Conor Perkins:

No, good, good on you, good on you.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

All right, you ready for your next item?

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm so ready.

Conor Perkins:

This is the Gargoyle Light Up Magnetic Shoulder Plush, also available from Disney Store.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

This irresistible gargoyle light up magnetic shoulder plush is what all the smartest mortals will be wearing this season. Inspired by one of the luminaries from the Haunted Mansion attraction, he can sit on your shoulder when you place the included magnetic pad under your shirt, give his little leg a squeeze, and his candles light up. So soft and huggable with authentic embroidered details, he makes a truly haunting accessory. This is created especially for the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort, inspired by Disney's The Haunted Mansion attraction at Disneyland and Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. And it is part of the Disney Haunted Mansion Ghost Host collection this season. It is a six-inch gargoyle plush figure, if you're not able to see this, with a metal plate in its seat, and it includes a magnetic fabric disc that you put underneath your shirt, embroidered features, detailed plush sculpting, soft fuzzy fabrics, and you can squeeze its leg to make the flames light up. All right. How much do you think that this is?

Caroline Aimetti:

The fact that the flames light up changes it a little bit for me. I feel like that's gonna up the price a little bit.

Conor Perkins:

True, true.

Caroline Aimetti:

Then maybe a typical shoulder buddy, which interestingly I don't have a very good sense of the.

Conor Perkins:

Oh, I'll also say this is another one we're looking for a hundred dollars or less.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. Typical shoulder buddy price. Disney. Could probably charge more than $25 for this, but like again, we wanna we wanna hit under. But is like is $17.99 too cheap? My I think that what the answer is that it's somewhere in the 20s. I don't think it's 30, but I don't 100% know where. Therefore, I am going to say $19.99.

Conor Perkins:

All right, $19.99. That's your final answer.

Caroline Aimetti:

That's my final answer.

Conor Perkins:

And the actual retail price is $34.99.

Caroline Aimetti:

She's expensive.

Conor Perkins:

She's expensive.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh wow. Wow, she's expensive.

Conor Perkins:

That's one point for you.

Caroline Aimetti:

Damn. Damn, $35 for $35 for that. I mean, but the like I said, those candles light up. I should have known.

Conor Perkins:

Those candles light up. I know. Okay. I know.

Caroline Aimetti:

All right.

Conor Perkins:

All right. You ready for your next one?

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, I'm ready.

Conor Perkins:

This is the Ray Skywalker Legacy Lightsaber Hilt from the Disney store. This Legacy Lightsaber hilt is a detailed recreation of the one wielded by the Jedi Master Ray Skywalker and comes direct from Star Wars Galaxy's Edge at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. The distinctive design with its fabric element features sound effects and illuminates yellow when you attach one of our lightsaber blades sold separately. The hilt comes in a lined display case with the Alliance Starbird symbol on the front. It was created especially for Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort, inspired by Star Wars Galaxy's Edge at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. It includes the white hilt case with hinge lid and lined interior, Alliance Starbird symbol on front of the case, a push switch on the hilt to activate lightsaber noises and illuminate the yellow attachable lightsaber blade, which is sold separately. Don't forget it. And we are looking for $5,000 or less for this item.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh. Well, I have a question about the ranges that you're offering me. Like you la last time you were saying a hundred and under. Like, would you ever say to me a thousand and under? Or are we kind of like, are the categories very large? Do you know what I'm asking?

Conor Perkins:

Like, uh yes. This one I'm leaving purposefully large because this is this is one of the so it's like, so if I I I should be, I should be nicer. I should be nicer.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

This we're looking for $2,000 or less.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. So this is like, is the lightsaber itself, like the the yellow, a separately sold yellow piece. Is that the kind of thing that you is it you can only get that at like the workshop? Or could I buy that on the Disney store website too? Do you know that?

Conor Perkins:

I don't know if you can buy it in the Disney store website. I didn't look.

Caroline Aimetti:

Interesting.

Conor Perkins:

I might be able to, but these legacy lightsaber hilts for reference for you, these are the ones when you go to Doc Andars, these are the ones that are behind the glass counter that you are like only permitted to like ask to see three or three to five of them, I think, to like hold and see how you like them. And like that's it. But and then they get taken away from you. They're very like these aren't the ones that are very stunning.

Caroline Aimetti:

Look at that. That's really cool.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, it's got like the click wheel thing. These aren't like the plastic ones that are you're just grabbing off of a shelf in an aisle.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, okay.

Conor Perkins:

I'll I'll be I'll be kinder. I'll be kinder. $1,000 or less.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. Okay. Hmm. What would Disney think is the line for this? That's like it tells you how exclusive it is, but is still something that is like sort of, I mean, there is no line for that in Disney in the parks, especially anymore. Of like, what's like can people actually afford to buy so I'm gonna say ooh, I'm like dancing in like the 400 to 600 zone, and like I don't even know. Like let's say, is that too much? I mean, to me, that's wild. Like, isn't that the price of an entire lightsaber? I've never made one. Um you don't have to help me. It's okay. Am I like way off? Is that why you want to help me?

Conor Perkins:

Well, no, I'm just trying to make sure that I'm being like super duper fair to you because I'm like, that's all I have given you a lot in terms of range.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay, so it's I mean the the 400 to 600 zone is like feels a little crazy to me, but I'll give you a clue. Okay.

Conor Perkins:

Many people do go to Galaxy's Edge and buy one of these legacy lightsaber hills right then and there.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay, okay, that helps. But this isn't the full lightsaber.

Conor Perkins:

Okay. It is certainly a very, very premium collector's item. But you were right to be thinking there is a there is a cap on how much people are willing to spend when they're in a theme park.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. Okay. Then oh, is this too high? But my my brain keeps going back to this, so I'm gonna. I'm errr. Now I'm in the 175 to 300 zone and I'm trying to place it. I'm gonna say 179.99.

Conor Perkins:

179.99. And that's your final answer?

Caroline Aimetti:

It's my final answer.

Conor Perkins:

159.99.

Caroline Aimetti:

Damn it! Okay. Well, I'm glad to hear that.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah. So unfortunately, no points for you. But the upside is to feel a little affordable.

Caroline Aimetti:

Right.

Conor Perkins:

I don't know what I'm saying, given that I have no money right now.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay, interesting. Okay. Well, when you first thank God you gave me the range, because at first I was like $3,000? I know.

Conor Perkins:

I was like, and then I was like, no.

Caroline Aimetti:

I was like eight, nine hundred dollars.

Conor Perkins:

Listeners, please be gentle with me. I'm trying to figure out how to play this game. We're working this out as we're playing.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes, we are, we are. And I'm trying to be fair.

Conor Perkins:

Do you are you feeling like I'm being fair to you?

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, yeah, 100%. Okay. Okay.

Conor Perkins:

I don't want you to think I'm being mean.

Caroline Aimetti:

No, no, no. You're being very helpful.

Conor Perkins:

Because I can be mean if you want to.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes, I'm actually surprised by how if I'm being honest, I'm being surprised by how helpful you're being.

Conor Perkins:

Maybe it's because I got like kicked in the head or something like that. All right, you ready for your last merchandise item?

Caroline Aimetti:

No, this is fun. I want more merch. I like all the things you got me so hard.

Conor Perkins:

I know the merch the merch is good.

Caroline Aimetti:

The merch is my favorite part. We know this. Okay.

Conor Perkins:

Next up is a Hyacinth Hippo and Ben Alligator pullover for women from Cakeworthy.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, wow. Yep, I thought so.

Conor Perkins:

Dance the hours away with our Disney's Dance of the Hours crew neck. This cozy crew neck features a front graphic of Disney's Hyacinth Hippo and Disney's Ben Alligator with Disney's Fantasia printed on the back. Now I will say there are opportunities for bonus points with this one.

Caroline Aimetti:

Ah, okay.

Conor Perkins:

Because I am looking for the price from Cakeworthy's website.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

However, this item is also currently on sale and it is also available through the Disney store website. So first off, we're gonna look for the cake worthy price.

Caroline Aimetti:

Original price.

Conor Perkins:

The original price.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

And then I'll give you opportunities for bonus points if you can guess the sale price and the Disney store price.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, okay. Well shoot. Okay. Cake worthy. We know. We love, but we know. Um it's a pullover. It's like sweatshirty material, right? It's not like spirit jersey material.

Conor Perkins:

No, it's not a spirit jersey.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. So I'm gonna say I think it might be more than this, but I'm afraid of going over. I'm gonna say $49.99. I think it might be a little bit more, but I'm afraid.

Conor Perkins:

Is that your final answer?

Caroline Aimetti:

No, never mind. Um, I changed my mind. I think it's $54.99.

Conor Perkins:

$54.99. That's your final answer.

Caroline Aimetti:

Final answer.

Conor Perkins:

On Cake Worthy's website, this product is $32.50.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, what?

Conor Perkins:

I know.

Caroline Aimetti:

We just bought wicked flannels for like $70.

Conor Perkins:

Don't talk about that. Don't talk about that. Don't talk about that.

Caroline Aimetti:

You're gonna find out that we did that eventually. So I think that I might mention that. Wait.

Conor Perkins:

Mom, if you're listening, I sold stuff so that I could afford it. I sold things.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my god, damn. Okay, we'll shoot.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah. Okay, so now opportunities for bonus points. Knowing what this item, the original retail price of this is on Cakeworthy, $32.50. It's currently on sale. How much do you think it is on sale for on Cakeworthy's website?

Caroline Aimetti:

Hmm. Let's say it's like $27.95.

Conor Perkins:

Final answer.

Caroline Aimetti:

They do pretty good sales. Yeah, final answer.

Conor Perkins:

Unfortunately, no points for you. The sale price is $22.75 right now.

Caroline Aimetti:

Wow, this is giving me hope. I'm not gonna lie to you right now. Like, huh.

Conor Perkins:

Okay. So you haven't gotten any points from this one.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay, darn.

Conor Perkins:

But there's still a chance for you to redeem it if you can guess what Disney store is currently selling this item for.

Caroline Aimetti:

Can I ask you if it's more or less than the original price?

Conor Perkins:

What do you think Disney would do?

Caroline Aimetti:

Probably in general more. But now maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I'm cynical. But why would they do that?

Conor Perkins:

Follow your instincts.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. And this isn't there, and we're not thinking about any sales happening on the Disney store website.

Conor Perkins:

There is no sale happening on the Disney Store website. On Cakeworthy, this item was originally this price.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

Which is not the same as it was being sold on Disney Store for. And Cakeworthy is selling it at $22.75 right now on sale.

Caroline Aimetti:

Right.

Conor Perkins:

While this item is also not on sale and currently at the original retail price that Disney Store had it at.

Caroline Aimetti:

Go directly to the brand, y'all.

Conor Perkins:

Exactly. That's the lesson here.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

Let's say What do you think Disney Store's selling it for?

Caroline Aimetti:

And let's say $39.99.

Conor Perkins:

Final answer.

Caroline Aimetti:

Final answer.

Conor Perkins:

Disney Store is selling this item for $64.99. Double the original retail price.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, see. So my original thinking, wow. Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

So you get one point.

Caroline Aimetti:

Wow. That was a roller coaster ride.

Conor Perkins:

I know.

Caroline Aimetti:

I don't know what to think about any of this, to be honest with you. Wow.

Conor Perkins:

I know. And I think that's why I had to include this because this is this was a wild, because I was like, oh, I saw this on Disney Store. I'm like, $64.99. I was like, oh, and I was looking and I was like, I'm gonna go on Cakeworthy to see if it's the same because I didn't want to be fair. And then I saw that it is very much not the same. And I was like, whoa, this is wild.

Caroline Aimetti:

Wow.

Conor Perkins:

If you are looking on the Disney Store website at a collaboration with a brand, double check through that brand's website.

Caroline Aimetti:

That's I mean, the original price is very good. That sale price is amazing.

Conor Perkins:

The sale price is fantastic.

Caroline Aimetti:

That's a deal.

Conor Perkins:

The cake worthy sales don't sleep on them, folks. You can sometimes you can get some of their flannels when they're on sale. I got a flannel for like 10 bucks.

Caroline Aimetti:

Sign up for their like techs and crap. Like I've gotten 20% off from that. Yeah, they're they'll give you a deal. I'll I'll say that. Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

They will. All right. Next category.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

We are going to the parks.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

And I have four items for you.

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm locked in. Let's go.

Conor Perkins:

The first is a 60-minute fire and ice hot stone massage and pool access resort pass from the Swan and Dolphin Resort at Walt Disney World. This includes a hot basalt stone massage with cooling gels and paraffin on the back, medium pressure detoxifies, eases stress, and relieves aching muscles through contrast therapy for deep relaxation. A 60-minute facial. Access to the Mandara spa amenities, including a steam room, tea garden relaxation room, meditation garden, lockers with showers, robes, slippers, and towels, a complimentary glass of wine, champagne, or mimosa, and discount on spa retail purchases, access to all of the resort pools, which are amazing. Complimentary Wi-Fi, and complementary self-parking. How much do you think this resort pass would be?

Caroline Aimetti:

So it's a massage, a facial.

Conor Perkins:

It's a massage, a facial. A glass of wine, full access to the spa amenities, full access to the pool, complementary Wi-Fi, complementary self-parking.

Caroline Aimetti:

All right. I mean, an hour massage can already run you like $300. Maybe a little bit less, maybe $250. Facial, probably $200. And then the access they're gonna a little wine, a little pool access. Are we working with a thousand and under?

Conor Perkins:

Oh, I should I should say. Um you're looking, we're gonna look. I'm gonna give you this range. $500 and under.

Caroline Aimetti:

Well hot dog! Are you serious?

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my god!

Conor Perkins:

This might be like the the secret deal that I found of Disney property.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, because I was like $800. Okay.

Conor Perkins:

No, you're looking $500 and under.

Caroline Aimetti:

But how? Okay. They should be charging you like not for nothing. Don't tell them that's not a good thing. Sorry, sorry. They you should be making it free. Um but is it in now? I'm like, is it in the 300s? Doesn't seem possible, but maybe it's like a hundred bucks for the massage, hundred bucks for the facial, hundred bucks for everything else, kind of thinking. Um but no, no. I'm gonna say I'm gonna shoot too high. I don't wanna, I want points. I want points. I know what I actually think, but I fear it may be too high. Um, so I'm gonna go lower. Let's say let's say $379.99. I actually think it's more in like the 430s zone, but I'm afraid of going too high.

Conor Perkins:

Is that your final answer?

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes.

Conor Perkins:

The actual retail price for this is $230.

Caroline Aimetti:

Are you messing with me? No way!

Conor Perkins:

I'm not messing with you.

Caroline Aimetti:

At most spas, you can't even get an hour massage for that price.

Conor Perkins:

I know. I know. No, wild, right?

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm going there now.

Conor Perkins:

I know. I'm going there. Like all of the people, if you can't get into the Grand Floridian spa, pack up your shit and go to the Swan and Dolphin.

Caroline Aimetti:

I've also heard Mandara Spa is really nice.

Conor Perkins:

Like, I was looking at the pictures and I'm like, this is amazing.

Caroline Aimetti:

And you know, I think the Swan and Dolphin pool is amazing.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, I was looking at their prices for their resort pass. Also, fun fact the Swan and Dolphin is the only Disney hotel that offers a resort. I recommend a day pass at the pool. They have cabanas that you can rent. They have like they've got the bar.

Caroline Aimetti:

It's a it's a 10 out of 10.

Conor Perkins:

They've also, and they've got a bunch of different tiers on their resort pass of like different things that you can get that some include even like a waiter, like your own private waiter pool side for you. Wow. But yeah, this I think is like the deal of all deals that I never would have thought to look for.

Caroline Aimetti:

Now everybody's gonna know.

Conor Perkins:

I don't even believe it. That means that everybody would listen to our podcast, so that would be true.

Caroline Aimetti:

True. A massage and a facial, though?

Conor Perkins:

A massage, a facial, and access to the pool.

Caroline Aimetti:

In New York City, you cannot get an hour massage for this price.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah. That's well, yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

Wow. Okay. This is giving me hope.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah. All right. Next up.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah. Okay.

Conor Perkins:

I think you might have a shot at this one.

Caroline Aimetti:

I think so too.

Conor Perkins:

This is the 2025 Walt Disney World Resort refillable mug. So it is a 16-ounce insulated plastic coffee mug, and it entitles guests to unlimited free refills on fountain drinks, coffee, and tea from participating beverage locations at Disney resorts for the length of their stay, up to 14 days. The current design features Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy in a car on a road trip to Disney World. The lid and handle color variants are neon pink, green, blue, and orange. And we are looking for $100 or less as our range here.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes. And this price has increased since I started buying these. And now I'm trying to remember. But it's always an amount that I'm like, I'm not even gonna think about it. I'm gonna buy it. So I think I okay. Don't understand.

Conor Perkins:

Also, I have to say, Daisy in this car is so giving you vibes right now. Actually, Donald and Daisy in this car is fully us doing a Disney vacation. And we're not getting there for me, and I'm cranky, and you're just vibes.

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm just like, whatever. I believe all right, I think it's $27.99.

Conor Perkins:

Is that your final answer?

Caroline Aimetti:

That's my final answer.

Conor Perkins:

The actual retail price is $22.99.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my god.

Conor Perkins:

So unfortunately, no points.

Caroline Aimetti:

This is like the Mandela effect for me.

Conor Perkins:

I know.

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm just like tack $10 more dollars onto everything in Disney, but it's not true.

Conor Perkins:

It's some of it's not true.

Caroline Aimetti:

No wonder I always buy that. Look how cheap it is. Even if I like never use it.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

Even if I never filled it with anything. Wow, for a minute I was like gonna say $24.99. I was like, no, no, it's more $23.

Conor Perkins:

$23. $23. It's a good deal. It's a good deal.

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm kind of shook.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm kind of shook.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

But I'm I'm overshooting everything and I'm getting no points.

Conor Perkins:

Well, I think you might have some small. You might have some luck on this next one.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

This is the concierge tomorrow tower suite on the Disney Treasure.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, God.

Conor Perkins:

I priced this out. So these dates are as of last night for a seven-night Western Caribbean cruise from Port Canaveral, September 5th through 12th, 2026 for four adults.

Caroline Aimetti:

So in like a year, less than a year. Okay. We have time.

Conor Perkins:

Experience the height of luxury in this two-story pent house perched high in the ship's forward funnel above the upper decks. Inspired by Epcot at Walt Disney World Resort, the Tomorrow Tower Suite features avant-garde design, dynamic art pieces, molten metal accents, and colorful stained glass, with nearly 2,000 square feet of space, private elevator access, stunning floor-to-ceiling views, and room for up to eight guests. Caroline Aimetti:

Wow, wow. Stunning.

Conor Perkins:

A library that can serve as an additional bedroom with its own full bathroom, double sinks, and shower, an open dining salon, pantry and wet bar stocked with water and sodas, walk-in closet in both main bedrooms, and you get the full upgraded amenities and concierge benefits for exclusive access, pre-arrival services, and shipboard services. How much do you think this seven nights stay in these? This is this is the most expensive suite aboard the Disney Treasure.

Caroline Aimetti:

And it's seven nights. Okay.

Conor Perkins:

Seven nights, four guests. We are looking for a hundred thousand dollars or less.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. I feel like I saw some concierge prices when I was looking for my cruise, and but we were only looking at like four night cruises. And I want to say that those were around like 27,000, 30,000, I want to say. Oh, okay. Okay. I thought that's what the laugh was. I was like, No, no, no.

Conor Perkins:

I'm just like 27,000. I'm like 20,000.

Caroline Aimetti:

I mean, it's I mean, yeah, yeah, man.

Conor Perkins:

Like, it's like what I could do with $27,000.

Caroline Aimetti:

But you know, but yeah, now that I'm starting to say that, I'm like, four people, no, it would probably, it's gotta be like $10,000 each, right? Because it includes all of the is that too much though? No, people would do that. You get like your own butler. Okay. My god, this is so not even in the realm of the world that I live in that I'm like, I don't even know.

Conor Perkins:

That's why I want this for you. Let's win this prize, baby.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, that uh imagine the pressure if like I could actually win this if I got it right. I would I would deflate. Like I can't even. Girl. Yeah. Um, oh my god. And these people have to like think uh quickly. I I could never, I could never. This now I know that being on that game show is not for me. Um I'm gonna this is truly, I'm I'm I'm just like confusing myself at this point. $45,000. No, that's crazy. Right? $40,000.

Conor Perkins:

Is that your final answer?

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes, final answer.

Conor Perkins:

The actual retail price is $53,534.76.

Caroline Aimetti:

I should be stuck with $45.

Conor Perkins:

Uh, yeah, if you had stuck with 45, you would have gotten an extra point because of how we would have just-damn it.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, crap.

Conor Perkins:

But you get one point.

Caroline Aimetti:

All right.

Conor Perkins:

You didn't go over.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, I know.

Conor Perkins:

You didn't go over.

Caroline Aimetti:

45. But I I should have said 45.

Conor Perkins:

It's okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

If I could turn back time. I'm sorry, it didn't win it for us. We are not going on the Disney treasure. I am so sorry.

Conor Perkins:

It's okay. One dollar, Bob. One dollar.

Caroline Aimetti:

One dollar, Bob.

Conor Perkins:

All right. And this is your last thing from the parks. Also, I like threw the cruise in there as well, but I it feels like parks.

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm just like fumbling my way through this.

Conor Perkins:

Well, let's see how you do with this one. You should know this one. Fuck you.

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm gonna be actually ill. Ew, with that. I had like awful like Ken's fucking dress. Ew, I'm gonna throw off.

Conor Perkins:

So I'm so sorry. Uh, this is the mini corn dog's entree from Casey's Corner in Magic Kingdom Walt Disney World. Uh, the reason why Caroline is having such an averse reaction to this is because uh she got food poisoning from me.

Caroline Aimetti:

These ruined my bachelorette trip. Like, not just like starting to be TMI, not just sick ones people, like it was it was over for me after I ate these fucking things. Okay, like every time I hear I every time like they have the cute little graphics on Instagram of like, I'm I'm a Mickey pretzel, I'm a corndog nugget. I'm like, what is wrong with you? Why would you be that?

Conor Perkins:

I just I really wanted to see, I really wanted to see the experience of going from the high of the top-of-the-line cruise ship moment to this.

Caroline Aimetti:

They're just like poisonous little pellets.

Conor Perkins:

Look at them.

Caroline Aimetti:

Like, ugh, they're just little turds.

Conor Perkins:

I don't know, they look tasty to me.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

So this is the entree. So the menu has changed a little bit, um, but this is now an official entree.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my god, I just got an actual chill. I got a chill.

Conor Perkins:

It is served with a choice of French fries or cutie's mandarin. How much do you think this is? And we are looking for $35 and under.

Caroline Aimetti:

Uh-huh. Oh my god. The devil's number six, 666. Okay, so this is. I'm so sorry. It just comes with the side, right? We're not talking about the meal.

Conor Perkins:

This, no, this is the meal. It doesn't come as it doesn't come as a it comes with French fries.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, but no drink. Okay.

Conor Perkins:

No drink. Excuse. I know.

Caroline Aimetti:

Um 1099.

Conor Perkins:

Is that your final answer?

Caroline Aimetti:

That's my final answer.

Conor Perkins:

Actual retail price is 1099. No, no, I don't want to win the You won the corn dog nine. This couldn't have gone any better.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my God. I couldn't even win the Fantasia sweatshirt, but I won the corn dog.

Conor Perkins:

You're won the corn dog nuggets. Oh my God. This is fun.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my god. Oh my god. I hate, I hate you so much. I hate you. The only thing I'm leaving this game with is the thing of corndog nuggets. Oh my god. Oh my god.

Conor Perkins:

Well, you're also you're also leaving with the orange bird hat because you got three points for that. You're pretty close.

Caroline Aimetti:

Chalk that up to fuck my life up in the jar.

Conor Perkins:

You can wear your hat. You can wear your like sweaty orange bird hat while you're chowing down the bottom.

Caroline Aimetti:

While you're just like vomming up corn dog nuggets. That's me, baby. That's me in a nutshell.

Conor Perkins:

Oh my god.

Caroline Aimetti:

This is cursed. I hate it. I hate it. Really much. I can only guess the price of like the things you don't absolutely do not want. Of the crap items. Oh god.

Conor Perkins:

All right. Oh my god. And so we're in our last category. So this is the last two things. We've got movies, TV, and theater. First up, we are looking for Robert Downey Jr.'s base salary for Avengers and this is before backend profits, residuals, etc. This is his upfront payment.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

And we're looking in the millions range.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes, I thought so, obviously.

Conor Perkins:

$75 million to $1 million in that range.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. I just thought about like collecting that movie, and I'm like, that's why I put this on here.

Conor Perkins:

I want you to win this.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. I know some very random uh other Disney actors' salaries. So for example, I know that The Rock made like 22 mil for like the Jungle Cruise movie.

Conor Perkins:

Jesus.

Caroline Aimetti:

And I'm thinking, like, he's a big box office draw, but so is Robert Downey Jr. And Robert Downey Jr. has been playing Iron Man for a really long time. So I'm thinking he's gotta be more than that. But I don't want to go over. Oh, but there's a lot of actors in this movie. So let's keep that in mind as well. A lot of big names, big Marvel characters. Could it be less? Plus, he's done a lot of them. Could it be less than 22? I don't think it could. Or could it? I want to go under because I want some points. And this isn't the millions. So let's say I'm just gonna, I'm gonna lowball it. 20 million dollars.

Conor Perkins:

Is that your final answer?

Caroline Aimetti:

That's my final answer.

Conor Perkins:

His base salary was $20 million. So you win you won $20 million.

Caroline Aimetti:

And one of the leads in a marbles film. And core dog nuggets and an orange bird hat.

Conor Perkins:

And an orange bird hat. Yeah, so this is his base salary. So Robert Downey Jr., he was very, very smart very early on in his contract to see when they were doing Iron Man to see like what they were doing. And he was like, You're doing the Avengers. And so he had he like worked into some of his negotiations early on that he got a lot in the back pay. So his base salary was one thing, but that he got a lot more from uh like residual income, merchandising, like that sort of stuff. So ultimately he made around $75 million for Avengers Endgame, but 20 million was the base salary, which means he made almost twice as much after it was already done.

Caroline Aimetti:

Wow.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah. All right, and my last item for you. This is the film budget for Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella 1997, which you should know. I know this! I said it out loud myself.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah. But what the hell was it?

Conor Perkins:

So this film aired November 2nd, 1997 on ABC's Wonderful World of Disney. Executive producers were Whitney Houston, Deborah Martin Chase, Craig Zedan, Neil Marin, and David R. Ginsburg. It had a star-studded cast that included Brandy, Whitney Houston, Whoopi Goldberg, Paolo Montelban, Bernadette Peters, Jason Alexander, Victor Garber, Natalie DeSell, and Vianne Cox. And it is one of the most expensive made-for-television movies that has ever been made at the time.

Caroline Aimetti:

Right. But also, Whoopi had to get her own jewels. And they wouldn't hire more extras.

Conor Perkins:

Yes. So we are looking in the millions range.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

One million dollars to a hundred million dollars.

Caroline Aimetti:

Wow. I'm gonna get this very wrong. I can feel it already. Um and I hate to get anything wrong that has to do with this movie. I really do. God, I love this movie so much.

Conor Perkins:

I know. When I saw this picture of her at the camera, I was just like, it makes me so happy.

Caroline Aimetti:

I mean, ah the tool. Oh man, I am not sure. And I have said it literally, the the price, the number has come out of my mouth, I'm pretty sure, on this podcast in season one. My God's telling me $40 million. But who knows? I don't I have no sense of whether that's too high or too low. And it's crazy to think about that and know that Robert Downey Jr. made 20 million playing. I mean, I God.

Conor Perkins:

I mean, it's also a different time, too.

Caroline Aimetti:

True. But there are we've got amazing costumes, all-star cast, one of the most expensive made-for-TV movies. Maybe I should just follow my gut. Follow the Roll and Fiddley D. Um, $40 million.

Conor Perkins:

Is that your final answer?

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes.

Conor Perkins:

Rogers and Hammerstein, Cinderella, 1997, starring Whitney Houston and Brandy.

Caroline Aimetti:

It's gonna be less.

Conor Perkins:

The budget was $12 million.

Caroline Aimetti:

Right. Fuck. That's insane. Like that's insane.

Conor Perkins:

Half of Robert Downey Jr.'s base pay for the whole damn thing.

Caroline Aimetti:

And it looks like that. Honestly, incredible. Like, actually incredible.

Conor Perkins:

Truly.

Caroline Aimetti:

Wow.

Conor Perkins:

So when all is said and done, you get 16 points.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. All right. It's not zero. And I thought that there was a chance.

Conor Perkins:

It's not zero. You got two exact right on the monies. And then do you want to do you want a bonus?

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah. I gave you a bonus. I have a bonus for you too.

Conor Perkins:

Here's a bonus one. This is not so much for you as it is for me. And um for our listeners as well.

Caroline Aimetti:

It's like the fucking Tower of Terror or some shit.

Conor Perkins:

No. It is. It is Glinda's prop replica bubble wand. From the Noble collection. From the Noble collection that was just announced this a week ago.

Caroline Aimetti:

See, I purposely didn't click on this when you showed it to me because I'm like, nope, we're not even gonna think about it.

Conor Perkins:

I didn't I tell you how much it was though? I think I did.

Caroline Aimetti:

And you were like, it's you were it was less than you thought it would be.

Conor Perkins:

Yes. So we're looking at $100 to $1,000 that range.

Caroline Aimetti:

$129.99.

Conor Perkins:

Final answer?

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, final answer. $210. Well, at least I was under.

Conor Perkins:

You were under.

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm scared now. You see me? I'm like a little chicken.

Conor Perkins:

So that's 17 points now.

Caroline Aimetti:

Wow.

Conor Perkins:

And see how affordable that is, and what a fantastic Christmas present that would make for me. And how beautiful it would look on my right over there. I mean, what I really need the Noble Collection to do is also announce that they are doing a full-size prop replica of the broom so that I can get both and I can them on my wall. Oh my God. Uh so there, there you go. That's that's your price is right.

Caroline Aimetti:

That was super fun. If there were actual prizes involved, I would fold under the pressure for sure.

Conor Perkins:

You did really well. You did really, really well.

Caroline Aimetti:

Well, you were nice to me, and I will be nice to you as well. Okay. Welcome to It Won't Cost Much, a Disney price matching game, Caroline's edition. A reminder of our scoring. Conor will have to remind me about this constantly uh as we play.

Conor Perkins:

It's okay. I love points and I love games. So I thank God.

Caroline Aimetti:

We balance each other out, baby. All right.

Conor Perkins:

Oh my God, I'm nervous.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay. As we did with me, let's start with merchandise, shall we? Okay. And again, I did try to follow the same kind of thing where I tried to choose things that I thought you would enjoy.

Conor Perkins:

Okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

So let's begin. Here we have.

Conor Perkins:

Is that a lug?

Caroline Aimetti:

It's a loungefly first time. Loungefly. So this is from Loungefly. This is the Zootopia 2 Judy Hops cotton candy cosplay cell phone crossbody bag with coin bag. Say that 10 times fast.

Conor Perkins:

I can't even say it one time.

Caroline Aimetti:

This bag features an image of Judy Hopps on the front who looks like she's made of cotton candy. All over the rest of the bag are various characters from the movie who also look like they're made of cotton candy. Attached to the crossbody strap is a detachable coin bag. You'll find a paw print on one side, and on the other, you'll find Suetopia written out in confectionery suites. This is a really fun accessory to show off your fandom and travel light throughout your day. So it's got an adjustable crossbody strap, detachable coin bag, printed details, coordinating interior lighting. And in case it helps you, the dimensions are 4.25 inches wide, seven and a half inches tall, and two and a half inches in diameter. And you can kind of get a sense of the scale with our lovely model there on the left, as we do on the price is correct.

Conor Perkins:

Um, so this is a cell phone bag.

Caroline Aimetti:

Indeed.

Conor Perkins:

Like it's it's a cell phone holder.

Caroline Aimetti:

Indeed it is. Indeed it is.

Conor Perkins:

It's a cross by okay. So I know like loungefly mini backpacks, usually I'm looking at minimum like $75 for one of the mini backpacks.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, and I didn't give you the range, but the range is zero to a hundred.

Conor Perkins:

Zero to a hundred, yeah. So I'm my gut is already taking me to half that, like a a 40s, like around 40 situation. Something as you were speaking, speaking to me, the number 3499 was coming.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my god, he was are you Sylvia Brown?

Conor Perkins:

Honey the land. Honey the land. George and Hazel Pinkering P-I-C-K-E-R-I-N-G.

Caroline Aimetti:

I also included the rest of the collection on the right here, just so you can see it.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, I really love that I dig that Clawhouser purse. So cute. Yeah. Uh okay. $34.99 is that excessive. Maybe I should play safe and go like $29.99. It's a cell phone holder, but it's loungefly.

Caroline Aimetti:

It's loungefly.

Conor Perkins:

I'm gonna say I'm gonna play safe. I'm gonna go $29.99.

Caroline Aimetti:

Final answer.

Conor Perkins:

Final answer.

Caroline Aimetti:

And the Zootopia 2 Judy Hops cell phone crossbody coin costs $65.

Conor Perkins:

Oh.

Caroline Aimetti:

Can you even? It's a cell phone holder. It's a cell phone holder. Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

Oh, bitch. I was off.

Caroline Aimetti:

No, I mean uh I I think that you said the price it should be. $65. I think it's just because it's Zootopia 2 and it's new.

Conor Perkins:

Like I fully thought $34.99 was like what it was. And then I hedged my bet. Who's gonna buy that?

Caroline Aimetti:

Watch it fly off the shelves.

Conor Perkins:

$65 for a cell phone, Kate.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah. I guess maybe it's something where it's like it's the specialized cotton candy theme. I don't know.

Conor Perkins:

I don't know, ma'am. That's that's a lot. That's a lot for a cell phone.

Caroline Aimetti:

It's a lot.

Conor Perkins:

It's a lot for a cell phone holder.

Caroline Aimetti:

It's a lot.

Conor Perkins:

It's cute. Well, I got a point. I was under.

Caroline Aimetti:

You sure did. You sure did. And in this game, that's what really matters. Let's keep rolling.

Conor Perkins:

Wow. I'm off to a fantastic start.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, I want I want this for you. I'll start off by saying that.

Conor Perkins:

So I love it.

Caroline Aimetti:

This is a Donald Duck blanket by Barefoot Dreams. If anyone out there doesn't know Barefoot Dreams, I'm not a Kardashian person, but apparently this is like the Kardashians love this brand. It's a very high-end like lounge and blanket brand. Stay cozy with our cozy chic registered trademark, Disney Donald Duck blanket. Our artwork is beautifully knitted in a jackered pattern, while rib borders at the top and bottom add a touch of elegance. Made with the softest materials, this blanket is perfect for snuggling up with your favorite Disney character. And it measures 45 inches by 60 inches. So they didn't have the model doing it with this specific blanket, but with their other blankets, they'll have the model, a grown adult having it wrapped around their shoulders, and the blanket will reach the floor. It's a it's a big blanket. And the range is 100 to $1,000.

Conor Perkins:

In my head, I was like, okay, I'm thinking $79. Nope.

Caroline Aimetti:

This is why I want to get you these things because they're nice. They mean they're nice.

Conor Perkins:

I don't know why this number is speaking to me, but I'm like $219.

Caroline Aimetti:

$219. Is that your final answer?

Conor Perkins:

That's my final answer.

Caroline Aimetti:

And this Barefoot Dreams Donald Duck blanket goes for $168. But I'm glad that you were wrong about how expensive it could be. Because should it be that expensive? No. It should not.

Conor Perkins:

No. All right.

Caroline Aimetti:

Barefoot Dreams.

Conor Perkins:

Barefoot Dreams. I haven't I hadn't heard of them.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes. I mean, we I got my dad one. I want to say maybe I bought it at some, maybe it was a Marshall's or something like that. They're freaking great blankets. Like it they're beyond. Like you, you would love them. So when I'm rich, I'll get you that one.

Conor Perkins:

Thank you.

Caroline Aimetti:

Next up, buckle your seatbelts.

Conor Perkins:

Oh my God.

Caroline Aimetti:

Because we're going to Williams Sonoma. This is the Rufoni Historia Disney Hammered Copper Ultimate Nine Piece Cookware Set off of the Williams Sonoma website. And the range for this collection is $1,000 to $10,000.

Conor Perkins:

And it's a five-piece set or a nine-piece set?

Caroline Aimetti:

The funniest thing about this that you will LOL about is that they count the lids as well.

Conor Perkins:

They count the lids as pieces.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah. So what you see, if anyone's watching in this picture, that's the set. And also, I don't think those wooden spoons are included in the uh in the toolbox. I don't think that they are. I mean, also, look how beautiful. I mean, they're beautiful.

Conor Perkins:

They're stunning. It's beautiful. They're stunning. One to ten thousand dollars. Correct. My gut was going to like a three thousand dollar range, like area. But I'm wondering if maybe I should go a little bit less. Um I'm gonna say twenty-seven fifty. Two thousand seven hundred fifty dollars.

Caroline Aimetti:

Twenty seven fifty. Final answer.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, final answer.

Caroline Aimetti:

And this stunning collection goes for 2350. You were close. When you were like, I'm gonna go a little lower. I was like, yes, yes, go a little lower. You were in the range where it's very hard to like. 400. 400. I know. I know. Uh I know. So in this point system, is that that's zero points.

Conor Perkins:

I went over.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh, you went over.

Conor Perkins:

What am I damn? Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

Damn it, but you were so, so close.

Conor Perkins:

I was close. Damn.

Caroline Aimetti:

Nice job. You very nice job with that.

Conor Perkins:

Thank you. Yeah. Thank you.

Caroline Aimetti:

Very nice.

Conor Perkins:

Because like maybe I can have one of the lids.

Caroline Aimetti:

We'll give you the wooden spoon from the movie.

Conor Perkins:

The wooden spoon. Great. Thank you.

Caroline Aimetti:

Um, I I feel like if I saw that for the first time and it was between a thousand and ten, I'd be like, it could be any of that. Especially when they're like, yeah, it's made from a single sheet of copper.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

Who knows?

Conor Perkins:

Single sheet of copper and lined with the tin.

Caroline Aimetti:

We're moving on to our final piece of merchandise. And you know what? You were so nice to me that I gave you a bonus one after that, and we're gonna play that too. Because I feel like merch is fun. I can't stop with the merch. So on that note, here's a little something from one of my favorite Disney collabs ever, BaubleBar. You know I love my BaubleBar, and I want you to have some too. So, this is the Bauble Bar Star Wars Darth Vader bag charm. The dark side never looked so good as with this bag charm. It features the iconic Darth Vader with his red lightsaber. It is handset with almost 500 crystals for an added statement, and it is coated in high gloss enamel for a vibrant finish. And for those of you who are not watching on YouTube, we've got some photos of the bag charm on a bag and next to a key. So this is bigger than a keychain. These bag charms are a statement piece. It is not a keychain. It's like, it's like this model's probably like, you know, it's like a third of her forearm size. They're solid pieces.

Conor Perkins:

Like a labaurbaur.

Caroline Aimetti:

Like there, they I want to say that BaubleBar might have led to the labaurbaur, honestly.

Conor Perkins:

Great.

Caroline Aimetti:

And the range for this is up to $100, zero to $100.

Conor Perkins:

Well, a labubu is between $29 and like $35.99. So that's where my brain is going initially, is to like the $35 section. But there's crystals in it, you said? Crystals, over 500 crystals. Over 500 crystals. So that starts taking me into like the min $50 range. I'm gonna say $517.

Caroline Aimetti:

I love it. 5173.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

You're clearly getting a message from the Great Beyond on that one. I love it. Is that your final answer?

Conor Perkins:

Yeah. It's not bad, is it?

Caroline Aimetti:

And the Darth Vader BaubleBar bag charm goes for $78.

Conor Perkins:

Oh my God. I'm really bad at this.

Caroline Aimetti:

No, you're not. I actually think you just picked items that would give me hope that I can buy things. And I was just like, oh, here's some nice things that are crazy expensive.

Conor Perkins:

Well, I got a point, so at least I have some points.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, you did, baby.

Conor Perkins:

Wow.

Caroline Aimetti:

Can you believe?

Conor Perkins:

For a bag charm.

Caroline Aimetti:

For a bag charm. And that's basically the price for these BaubleBar bag charms. Like, that's basically the range. It's not even about the crystal Darth Vader.

Conor Perkins:

Like, I don't see. I need to do more research into BaubleBar.

Caroline Aimetti:

Ugh.

Conor Perkins:

Damn.

Caroline Aimetti:

Sorry.

Conor Perkins:

That's okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

This next thing this is something that you have a very good sense of. This is a bonus that I. Through and because I love merchandise. So let's play. Okay. This is a Cinderella and Gus pin. Aww. Gus gus. Gus gus. Because you needed something gus-gus. So this is from a collection that is Disney princesses and their little animal sidekicks. Dreams Dare to come true with our Disney Princess pin series, each featuring one of the heroine's loyal sidekicks and a silvery oval frame. Ever hopeful, Cinderella dreams of attending the Royal Ball on this glittering cloissonnet pin, also spotlighting gus. So we've got glitter backdrop, laser print detailing, nickel finished frame with sculpted figure. We have a Disney pin trading 2025 back stamp, mouse icon pin back, and it is approximately two inches in height and one and a half inches in width.

Conor Perkins:

Okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes. For those of you who are not watching, we've got Cinderella in her rags. She's holding Gus Gus in her hand, and it's got this like, she's in a silver oval with like a blue glittery background. Nothing, nothing on this pin. There's no doors, no movement. It's like your more basic pin.

Conor Perkins:

I'm gonna say $11.99.

Caroline Aimetti:

$11.99? He says, is this your final answer?

Conor Perkins:

That's my final answer.

Caroline Aimetti:

Very nice. $14.99, baby. Very, very nice.

Conor Perkins:

Okay. Okay. So that's I'm within $5.

Caroline Aimetti:

You are. You are indeed within five dollars.

Conor Perkins:

Three points?

Caroline Aimetti:

That's three points, baby.

Conor Perkins:

Three points.

Caroline Aimetti:

Woohoo! We love merchandise. We have to do a little bit more merchandise.

Conor Perkins:

Thank you. Thank you for allowing me to try and redeem myself.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my God. No, you're doing great.

Conor Perkins:

I'm not, but thank you.

Caroline Aimetti:

You are. And I think you're gonna continue to do well as we move on to our parks category. Let's play. First up, we have Disney and Cirque de Soleil's drawn to life, currently playing and has been playing in Disney Springs. So what I want to know is what is the price of one adult ticket to Cirque du Soleil's drawn to life without taxes or fees? And now here's what you need to know. There are four, kind of five, because there's like a gold tier, but there are tiers one through four of pricing for the show. Tier four is the lowest. And so what I want to know is what is this lowest price that an adult can pay to see the show? Which is described as follows: a groundbreaking creative collaboration between renowned memory makers, Cirque du Soleil and Disney, drawn to life, transports guests into the world of Disney animation in Cirque du Soleil's signature style. This exclusive experience near Orlando will wow Walt Disney World guests and Cirque du Soleil fans, both young and old, while bringing timeless Disney stories to life in an unforgettable way.

Conor Perkins:

Okay. So I've never seen a Cirque du Soleil show. I am basing this off of my knowledge of like Broadway and like that sort of theater. And you can't really get a theater ticket on Broadway for like less than $75 at this point. Unless it's like a rush ticket or something like that. But like if you're just straight up going to the box office before taxes and fees, I feel like it's usually like $69.99 to $75 or so as like a minimum.

Caroline Aimetti:

So let me tell you the range.

Conor Perkins:

Okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

The range is zero to $100. So this is for the cheapest available single adult ticket before taxes and fees.

Conor Perkins:

Mm-hmm. Okay. Another message came to me. $54.99. $54.99.

Caroline Aimetti:

I love that this has been a spiritual experience for you.

Conor Perkins:

I'm gonna say I'm gonna go with it. $54.99.

Caroline Aimetti:

$54.99. He says, is that your final answer?

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

You've done quite well. $68.95 is the lowest possible price you can pay to see this show.

Conor Perkins:

So I'm not within $10. No, unfortunately not. But it's a point. You've done well, and that's a point. I should have stuck around my 70.

Caroline Aimetti:

You were receiving a message from the Great Beyond, okay? From regions beyond. What can we say?

Conor Perkins:

It was wrong.

Caroline Aimetti:

So talk to Sylvia Brown.

Conor Perkins:

I mean, she was always wrong.

Caroline Aimetti:

I I was gonna say, I feel like when I saw this price, I was kind of pleasantly surprised. I thought it was gonna be more.

Conor Perkins:

I am too. I was I was thinking it was like 90, like it was gonna be like 9099. I thought it was gonna be like 99.90 or something like that.

Caroline Aimetti:

I actually was like, oh my god, they're not gonna let me see this for less than 99.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

68.95.

Conor Perkins:

Okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

68.99.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, no, that's that's durable.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, we like it. All right.

Conor Perkins:

All right, what's next?

Caroline Aimetti:

Next.

Conor Perkins:

I'm racking up these little one-pointers.

Caroline Aimetti:

That's and that's slow and steady wins the race, baby. Our next parks item is the plunderer's punch from the new beak and barrel in Magic Kingdom. Now, this cocktail is as follows: the Kraken Black Spiced Rum, Blackberry, Lime, and vanilla served, and this is the important part, in a souvenir pirate skull mug. So you get to keep the mug.

Conor Perkins:

Mm-hmm. Okay, so if we're looking at the mug.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes. Um, for those of you who are not, for those of you who are not watching us on YouTube, we've it's like I have it next to another, another cocktail, like a little tin mug for scale. It's about the size of a typical cocktail glass, I would say, but it's a skull with like a little, you know, pirate kerchief wrapped around it. And the drink is inside, of course.

Conor Perkins:

Like a jewel.

Caroline Aimetti:

A little jewel.

Conor Perkins:

So this, if I'm just looking at the cup itself, it's made of plastic.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes.

Conor Perkins:

So I would say that we're probably looking around like a $15 to $25 range for just the cup. And then I would add the cocktail, which is gonna be minimum $15 as well. So that puts us around the $30 to $40 range. $32.99.

Caroline Aimetti:

$32.99, he says. Is that your final answer?

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

Hold on to your bootstraps a little bit because this cocktail and souvenir goes for $46.

Conor Perkins:

Damn.

Caroline Aimetti:

Because I will say the cocktails at Beacon Barrel each are about $25, $26, somewhere in that range.

Conor Perkins:

Okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

Okay. This is me just not being familiar with drinks.

Caroline Aimetti:

Well, that's not a regular drink price. If you are familiar with drinks, a drink isn't $26. Only in Disney World, baby.

Conor Perkins:

$46.

Caroline Aimetti:

$46.

Conor Perkins:

Lord have mercy. This theme is owning my ass.

Caroline Aimetti:

But like, not, you're not like totally off, you're not like completely in the wrong ballpark. This is the right. Your logic is very sound.

Conor Perkins:

This isn't what the price should be. It's what the price is, Conor.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my God.

Conor Perkins:

I'm just so afraid of going over.

Caroline Aimetti:

And I'm like, Well, no, you're that's what I'm saying is like you're using the right strategy. You're trying not to go over. That is the correct strategy. That's how you play this.

Conor Perkins:

That's not how you win, though.

Caroline Aimetti:

We'll we'll we'll see. We'll see. We're not, we're half, like, we're halfway. Calm down. Let's see. Don't be so hard on yourself. All right, let's move along to a dining experience. So, this is something special that they do at Maria and Enzo's in Disney Springs. As you can see on this poster, it is coming up on December 4th this year, actually. And it is their way of celebrating truffle season. And here is what this entails. It's a dinner, 21 plus. And this is the price that I'm looking for per single adult, does not include tax and gratuity. Description. Join us at Maria and Enzo's for a truffle dinner. Savor distinguished Italian wines paired with exquisite creations. So wine pairings, including delicate wagyu bragiola carpaccio, enhanced with white truffle vinaigrette, handmade rigotta raviolo aluovo, topped with white truffle, and next level dark chocolate mousse elevated by white truffle and olive oil. So that's what your meal entails. And we've got some pairings along with that as well. First of all, take me there. I want us to do this together.

Conor Perkins:

I'm thinking our range is $100 to $1,000.

Caroline Aimetti:

That is correct.

Conor Perkins:

Great. Okay. Well, at least I'm thinking correctly.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes, you are. You are.

Conor Perkins:

Okay, so it's three courses.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yep, with pairings with each. And every course includes truffles in some way. They are.

Conor Perkins:

But people also have to be able to afford it. How many times a year do they do this?

Caroline Aimetti:

It appears to me it's like maybe twice. It's like when truffle, it has to be like in truffle season. So maybe once or twice, it seems like. I didn't see any other dates, but this is the only one coming up.

Conor Perkins:

My conservative side wants to go with like a 350, 375 kind of range. But then I could also be like, we're fully like $500 minimum here.

Caroline Aimetti:

People do have to be able to afford it. And and chances are you're not going alone to this. I mean, you could and have a fantabulous time. But you're probably gonna go with somebody, you know.

Conor Perkins:

I mean, initially what was calling out to me, Sylvia Brown's style, was two set was like 270.

Caroline Aimetti:

Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. He's having a seance.

Conor Perkins:

I'm gonna say two, I'm gonna say 250.

Caroline Aimetti:

250, he says.

Conor Perkins:

Like 250 a person for this kind of thing. Three-course meal, wine pairings, truffles.

Caroline Aimetti:

250. Final answer?

Conor Perkins:

250.

Caroline Aimetti:

So damn close. You were so close. The answer is 239 per adult. Maybe we should have adjusted this to the non-prices right rules and been like, you know, within a certain range.

Conor Perkins:

No, no, we're doing it right.

Caroline Aimetti:

But that was a great, but that's like a great estimate. It's a great estimate.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, yeah, but it was wrong. So be nice to my friend.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

Okay. Well, hey, listen, I was going as far up as possible. You were like 500.

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm like, no, no, no, no. 500 for two. Like, wow, come on.

Conor Perkins:

Okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

I love that. I love that. Yeah, I know. I love this.

Conor Perkins:

Maybe we could go. We could do this with um, we could just be like, hey, can we split everything?

Caroline Aimetti:

Be like, no.

Conor Perkins:

It's a masquerade.

Caroline Aimetti:

It is a ticket to masquerade. Which one would you? Which one are you gonna take? Are you gonna take the truffle dinner with pairings or are you gonna go to masquerade?

Conor Perkins:

I think I'm going to masquerade.

Caroline Aimetti:

I'm sorry. I thought so. I respect that.

Conor Perkins:

Are you what about you?

Caroline Aimetti:

I don't honestly, I was I was about to say I'll go eat truffles alone, but I'm probably going to masquerade too.

Conor Perkins:

You're going to masquerade.

Caroline Aimetti:

I do love truffles, though.

Conor Perkins:

No, girl, I do too. We love truffles.

Caroline Aimetti:

I wanted us to do this together. I wanted us to go have a truffle dinner. You know?

Conor Perkins:

Great.

Caroline Aimetti:

We deserve it.

Conor Perkins:

You can you can pay for this one for me too. I got you on it. 40 years.

Caroline Aimetti:

Okay.

Conor Perkins:

Okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

Let's move along to our final parks offering. Here we go. Here's what this is. So we have, of course, as we all know, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party. But there is a very special offering, a separately ticketed event inside this already separately ticketed event, which we love.

Conor Perkins:

Because of course there is.

Caroline Aimetti:

That is called Minnie's Wonderful Christmas Time Fireworks Dessert Party at the Tomorrowland Terrace. So, like I said, this happens during the very Merry Christmas party. It starts with a festive dessert buffet at Tomorrowland Terrace prior to the party's fireworks spectacular, Minnie's Wonderful Christmas time fireworks. The buffet includes sweets like cupcakes, chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate mousse, ice cream, fruits and cheese, and specialty beverages, including kava wine for of age guests. Guests then stay at Tomorrowland Terrace to enjoy a prime viewing spot with seating during the show. So what I want to know is what is the price per adult without tax? Like I said, this is separate from the very Merry Christmas party admission. And also know, I'm sorry the details are eluding me at this moment, but there is another dessert kind of party offering. But the fireworks viewing for that one is like you're kind of like escorted into an area on Main Street. This is you stay at the Tomorrowland Terrace, there's seats, that's your area to see the fireworks.

Conor Perkins:

So this is the more exclusive version.

Caroline Aimetti:

That is correct. So we're looking for price per adult without tax.

Conor Perkins:

Okay. Because usually when I'm when I'm thinking of like the like dessert dining packages for like a nighttime spectacular, usually we're looking minimum like 55, like 65 kind of zones.

Caroline Aimetti:

So this is in the 100 to 1000 zones.

Conor Perkins:

That's what I thought. Yes. It still has to be affordable. The ticket to the very merry Christmas party.

Caroline Aimetti:

I mean, there's a range for the tickets, but they're expensive.

Conor Perkins:

It's it's already like a hundred and something dollars anyway.

Caroline Aimetti:

Could be even, I think it even goes into the twos, right? Am I making that up? But I think that's right. Jesus Christ.

Conor Perkins:

So this is the dessert party, wine available for those of age as an adult, prime seating.

Caroline Aimetti:

And for those of you who are not watching on YouTube, the only thing the pictures that we have up here are just up of the fireworks show and of what the dessert buffet offerings might look like.

Conor Perkins:

I'm gonna say like 155.

Caroline Aimetti:

155, he says. Is that your final answer?

Conor Perkins:

I don't know.

Caroline Aimetti:

Take your time.

Conor Perkins:

Do I need to go lower? Do I do 139? I'm gonna go lower, I think.

Caroline Aimetti:

He's gonna go lower.

Conor Perkins:

I'm gonna do 119 because that's like twice the amount of like a dessert dining package.

Caroline Aimetti:

119. Is that your final answer?

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

What a great choice. The answer is $124. Yes. And so I'm within five.

Conor Perkins:

I went to the five. Yes, you are.

Caroline Aimetti:

You're at five. Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

So that's four points? No. That's three points.

Caroline Aimetti:

I can't remember. You set up the rules to this. And I don't remember what they are. Hold on. Can you look?

Conor Perkins:

Pause. Let me look.

Caroline Aimetti:

I don't know.

Conor Perkins:

That's three points, yeah. Great. Because I'm within five dollars.

Caroline Aimetti:

Beautiful.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

Very nice. Three points. Go off. All right. On to our final category: movies, TV, and theater. Let's go. First up, it's so funny that you were singing some Wish music before. We're gonna talk about Wish. Wish considered by Disney to be a box office flop. What was the total worldwide box office gross for Wish in 2023? And for some context, the budget of the film was around 175 to 200 million dollars.

Conor Perkins:

I mean, a flop clearly doesn't recoup.

Caroline Aimetti:

So and for help, it's gonna be above the 100.

Conor Perkins:

100 million. Yeah. Um I mean, sometimes a flop can recoup. Sorry, say what the budget was again.

Caroline Aimetti:

Somewhere between 175 to 200 million. They have not ever released a final number.

Conor Perkins:

I'm gonna say the global box office was 168 million.

Caroline Aimetti:

168 million? Is that your final answer?

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

So the worldwide box office gross was actually basically 255 million. Oh 254 million nine hundred ninety-seven thousand three hundred. So 255 million. And it's interesting, right? And I think some of it is because I was like looking into it and the marketing was like 100 million. Yeah, yep. But like this isn't a bad number. It's it's just interesting. Yeah, yeah.

Conor Perkins:

Wow, okay, good for them. I'll take a point.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, baby. All right. This is the end. This is the final one.

Conor Perkins:

Okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

Disney's The Lion King on Broadway.

Conor Perkins:

Oh, God.

Caroline Aimetti:

So The Lion King, Disney's longest running Broadway show, one of the longest running shows on Broadway. What I would like to know is what is the average ticket price for The Lion King on Broadway for the most recently completed week on Broadway, which was the week ending November 2nd. Average single ticket price.

Conor Perkins:

The average single ticket price, not the lowest that you can get.

Caroline Aimetti:

Correct. The average.

Conor Perkins:

These tickets are expensive, y'all. It's part of the reason why I still haven't seen it.

Caroline Aimetti:

That's why I put this in here because you haven't seen The Lion King yet.

Conor Perkins:

I'm like wanting to say 119 again. But I mean, some of these tickets can go like 300.

Caroline Aimetti:

Broadway these days.

Conor Perkins:

It's it's it's insane. It's it's insane.

Caroline Aimetti:

Obviously, yes, it is in the 100 to $1,000 zone.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah. But average ticket price.

Caroline Aimetti:

And when I was looking at the average ticket price per week, uh what it was in the last completed week was pretty, besides the holiday season, was pretty on par with what around what the average ticket price usually is for the Lion King.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

So, like, you know, the last completed week was a pretty normal week.

Conor Perkins:

Okay, so I'm thinking like because you got the orchestra. Orchestra seats are gonna be like 179 and up for this show. You got Mez. Does it have a rear mez and a balcony? I've never been I've never been in the theater.

Caroline Aimetti:

The Minskkoff. Uh, I don't remember. I went so so long ago.

Conor Perkins:

I want to say the average ticket price for this show. I want to say it's like 145. But I'm wondering if I should hedge my bed a little bit and do like a 137. I'll say one thirty-seven.

Caroline Aimetti:

137, final answer.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

So damn close. 135. Are you five?

Conor Perkins:

You're fucking kidding me.

Caroline Aimetti:

I want to give it to you. You're literally like a dollar off. You're a dollar and five cents off. I'm sorry. This game was supposed to put you in a good mood.

Conor Perkins:

This is just like so my life. So close, but you get no points for it. I'm pretty good at at estimating. That was an excellent, yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

That was an that was an excellent deduction right there.

Conor Perkins:

I mean, that's my that's my box office. That's my theater box office experience.

Caroline Aimetti:

Well, you know what? You're in luck. I threw in another random bonus. Should we play it? Let's play it. Sure. 2023 is a live-action haunted mansion. A simple question.

Conor Perkins:

I liked it.

Caroline Aimetti:

What do you think about it?

Conor Perkins:

How many points did that get? Oh.

Caroline Aimetti:

You get a point for liking it.

Conor Perkins:

Great.

Caroline Aimetti:

What do you think the budget was?

Conor Perkins:

Obviously, we're in the 100 million to a billion range.

Caroline Aimetti:

Correct.

Conor Perkins:

Are we including the marketing budget or is this before marketing?

Caroline Aimetti:

You know, uh, I'm gonna say it's probably without.

Conor Perkins:

Okay.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah. Which actually I believe I read was around 100 million, I want to say.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, they usually do a hundred million for marketing with Disney. Which is just like a bananas number to even consider.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my god. Right? Like it's what is that what even is that number? 100 million dollars.

Conor Perkins:

It's got like a it's got some heavy hitter cast members. Owen Wilson, Danny DeVito.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, it does.

Conor Perkins:

Jamie Lee Curtis is in it, Winona Ryder's in it, Tiffany's. Jared Lotto's in it, Tiffany Haddish, Lakeith Stanfield, Rosario Dawson.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, man. What a what a cast.

Conor Perkins:

It's a great cast. I really like the movie too.

Caroline Aimetti:

I need to give that another watch.

Conor Perkins:

It's a good movie.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

Um it's gonna be more than an animated film. And I know that the most expensive animated film to date, traditionally from Disney, uh, was Tangled. And I believe that was $270 million.

Caroline Aimetti:

Really? Wow.

Conor Perkins:

Because that was when they were creating the software, creating the programming for that type of animation. So, like all of the light renderings and everything, they were building that from scratch for Tangled.

Caroline Aimetti:

Um Can I give you a hint? It cost less than tangled.

Conor Perkins:

Wow.

Caroline Aimetti:

Interesting, right? Even with all of these big name actors. And the and the effects.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

Less than tangled.

Conor Perkins:

100 no snatched it out of your own mouth. You know what? I'm gonna follow that. I'm gonna follow, follow my nose wherever it goes. Two can Sam style. A hundred and fifty million dollars.

Caroline Aimetti:

Is that your final answer?

Conor Perkins:

Sure, why not?

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, baby! You got it. You got it! Yay! I'm so glad we played that. I'm so glad we played that bonus.

Conor Perkins:

Oh, that that would that that broke me.

Caroline Aimetti:

Oh my god. So wait, how many do you get for the exact five? Hell yeah, baby.

Conor Perkins:

Okay, so that's five, six, nine, ten, eleven, fourteen, fifteen, sixtein. And you had 17. We basically tied. We basically tied.

Caroline Aimetti:

See, you were getting all down about yourself, and we basically tied.

Conor Perkins:

Well, that was because I was hedging my bets like a lot for a lot of it. You got two exact answers.

Caroline Aimetti:

That the 1099. Wait, didn't you? Oh no, no, no. You got so close on the other ones, though.

Conor Perkins:

You I felt like I got very close, but I was always overshooting by like a dollar, two dollars, five dollars. Wow.

Caroline Aimetti:

That was fun. That was a lot of fun.

Conor Perkins:

A lot of fun. Yeah. That one. That was great. Um, so great. Now you all have some, you know, useless information about how much things cost um in a time when no one can afford anything.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah, this was just like one long fantasy sequence, I guess, for all of us, maybe except for the corndog nuggets and the Cinderella pin.

Conor Perkins:

But even then, corndog nuggets being 1099, that is just evil.

Caroline Aimetti:

1099 to clear out your entire system. What's it's a part of it?

Conor Perkins:

Actually, you know, as a colonoscopy. Yeah, okay. Great.

Caroline Aimetti:

Detox, baby.

Conor Perkins:

Yeah, yeah, absolutely. It's a cleanse. It's the newest cleanse. It's called Casey. Casey's corner cleanse. Yeah.

Caroline Aimetti:

Casey's cleanse.

Conor Perkins:

Oh my god. Um that was very fun. And I hope that you all enjoyed that. If you didn't, don't tell us. If you did, you can tell us. Um, so this is that time. Um, please make sure you hit follow or subscribe wherever you're listening or you're watching the podcast, opt in for notifications on YouTube, leave a comment, hit five stars, leave a written review, share this with a friend. If you were the type of person who ever like was would stay home on your sick days and you would sit there and you would watch the price. Or you had friends who would do the same thing, send this to them, especially if they love Disney.

Caroline Aimetti:

Because play along, play along together. I think that would be fun. Yeah. Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

So thank you for taking the time that it takes to do that.

Caroline Aimetti:

Uh, please, before I say follow us on social media, also consider, you know, if we were like, you have to pay a price for a year of Poor Unfortunate Podcast, what would you pay? Because right now you don't pay anything. And just remember that. So in exchange, maybe you could follow us on social media. We are at Poor Unfortunate Podcast everywhere: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads Blue Sky. We would love to talk about this episode with you. Well, I'm sure we'll find something fun to do on the socials. Maybe we'll come up with some new categories for you and we'll play along in the comments. Um, but also just like give us any feedback there. We just love hearing from you. And if you want even more poor unfortunate podcasts in your life, please join our private Facebook group or our Discord server. The Discord server is kind of on fire. I mean, that's where it's at. Like we we've like, we've phoned a friend in the Discord at this point where we've like brought in some of our friends who are Disney folks, and we're just like, people need you in there. We're talking about planning their Tokyo trip. And we have our friend Dante who just went, brought him right in. It's a really great place to be with other Disney fans. It's a fantastic way for Conor and I to get to know who's out there listening more so we can tailor season five to the things that you like. And the fam is going to play a very important part in our 100th episode. I mean, a lot of people probably are, but the fam especially. So if you want to get in on that, now is the time and we would love to see you there.

Conor Perkins:

And if you're looking for merch, the poor unfortunate shop is open, poorunfortunate podcast.com/slash shop. And as I always say, it does take us a little bit of money to keep the podcast up and running and coming to you. We do have a pay for account.

Caroline Aimetti:

How much would you say it costs?

Conor Perkins:

You know, it can be anything that you want. It could be $1, $5, $10, more than that. It could be a one-time donation, it could be a monthly donation. It all just goes right back into the podcast, helping us keep it free. And we do have a few people who have been monthly supporters of the podcast for a while now. And I just want to say thank you so much.

Caroline Aimetti:

Thank you.

Conor Perkins:

We wouldn't be able to do this without you. We certainly wouldn't be heading into a fifth season without you.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yes.

Conor Perkins:

Um, but truly anything that people have to spare just goes right back into the podcast. It just helps us cover basic costs. We're not looking to do anything super fancy here yet. Um, but we're not rolling it out. So um help us get there. Help us get there. Okay, so we will be back next with a Caroline What's New. And then I believe the week after that, there's not gonna be an episode because that's wicked weekend.

Caroline Aimetti:

We're booked a little bit.

Conor Perkins:

And then we're gonna have a wicked bonus.

Caroline Aimetti:

Yeah.

Conor Perkins:

And then I think after the wicked bonus is probably gonna be the hundredth episode. So we've got a little bit of a.

Caroline Aimetti:

That kind of feels right to me. Like that feels yeah, that feels good.

Conor Perkins:

It's kind of I kind of like it'll be nice that the wicked that wicked is contained within season four, as opposed to like stretching between two seasons. So I think I like that.

Caroline Aimetti:

True.

Conor Perkins:

Um, but keep your eyes peeled on social media in the fam for information about the hundredth episode that'll be coming up before the end of the year and certainly before the end of the season, because you can't end the season without it. So until yeah, so yeah, lots of things. Words. We'll be back soon. And until then, beluga's a broker.
